1. Delivery Times
Delivery time is calculated from the next working day after the order is received. We print each order individually, so the package time includes both production and shipping.

Wallpaper and custom products may take up to 2 extra days due to the production process.
Large Canvases (200×100 cm and 300×150 cm)
XL canvases are handled separately due to their size:
- Production Time: 4 working days
- Shipping: 2-3 working days
- Shipping Company: DHL or Danske Fragtmænd — delivered directly to the customer
- Total Delivery Time: approx. 6-7 working days from order to door
The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time. XL canvases are not delivered to parcel shops.
2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over €399 regardless of destination.
For orders under €399, the following charges apply:
- Denmark & EU: €75
- Rest of the World: €99
Any customs duties and local charges for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient and will be settled directly with the shipping company.
3. Shipping Companies
We automatically choose the best shipping company based on the size of the package and your delivery address:
- GLS — small and medium packages: posters, smaller canvases, acrylic glass, frames (parcel shop or home delivery)
- DHL or Danske Fragtmænd — large packages: XL canvases, roll formats, and custom products (delivered directly to your door)
4. Track Your Package
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. The link typically becomes active within 48 hours of receiving the email — it may take some time for the shipping company’s system to register the package.
You can also track your order directly on the site using your order number or the email you used when ordering.
5. Uncollected Packages
Packages that are not collected will be automatically returned to us after 7 days. Standard packages incur a fee of €75 to cover return shipping and handling — this amount will be deducted from your refund if you wish to get your money back.
You can also choose to have the package sent again for a new shipping fee.
Return Shipping for Large Canvases (XL Format)
For XL canvases (200×100 cm and 300×150 cm), shipping is included in the product price at the time of purchase. However, for returns or uncollected packages, the customer must pay for return shipping, as the package requires special handling with DHL or Danske Fragtmænd.
Return shipping for XL canvases typically ranges from €800-1,000 depending on the destination and shipping company. This amount will be deducted from your refund — or you can choose to have the package sent again for a new shipping fee.
Tip: Always order a smaller test version or use our preview before opting for XL formats. This way, both parties can avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
6. Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all standard products (according to the Consumer Contracts Act). Personalised products — photo posters, AI-generated posters, and customised texts — are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Requirements for the Returned Item
- The item must be in the same condition as when received
- Original packaging should be included if possible
- The poster must not be folded, crumpled, or damaged
- Frames cannot be returned if the protective film has been removed
- Wallpaper cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
We do not offer exchanges — if you want a different size or design, please return first and then place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately — we will resolve the issue quickly.

- Photo of the package (outer packaging)
- Photo of the product (damage clearly visible)
- Your order number or order email
We will assess the claim and send a replacement or refund the amount as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you. We will cover the return shipping.
8. Acrylic Glass — Remove the Protective Film
Acrylic glass frames are protected by a plastic film on one or both sides during transport. Remember to remove the film before hanging the frame — otherwise, the image may appear blurry or "out of focus".
The film is typically stuck on and can be pulled off in one go. Always check both the front and back.
