2. Payment Methods

3. Encryption & Security
The entire dreamwall.art operates on HTTPS with TLS 1.3, which means that all communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted. You can identify it by the closed padlock in the address bar.
When you pay, your card details are sent directly to our payment provider (Flatpay) via a secure payment page. We do not have access to your full card number or CVV code — only the order ID and a transaction reference.
4. Flatpay & PCI-DSS
Flatpay is a Danish payment provider certified under PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest security certification for handling card data worldwide.
This means, among other things, that:
- Card details are encrypted with bank-grade encryption
- Access to payment systems is logged and monitored 24/7
- Security is audited annually by independent third parties
- Any security incidents are reported to the card companies
5. When is the money charged?
When you place your order, a reservation of the amount is made on your account. The actual charge occurs only when we dispatch your goods — typically 1-3 business days after ordering.
You will always receive an order confirmation via email immediately after ordering, and a separate receipt upon dispatch.
For Klarna, Klarna's own payment terms apply — typically, an invoice is issued upon dispatch with a payment deadline of 14 or 30 days.
6. Refunds
Refunded amounts are always returned to the original payment method. The processing time depends on your bank, but is typically:
- Dankort/Visa/Mastercard: 1-5 business days after approval
- MobilePay: 1-3 business days
- Klarna: 1-7 business days depending on the payment method
- Dreamwall Wallet: Instantly — the amount is credited to your wallet immediately
We process approved refunds no later than 14 days after receiving the return or approved complaint.
7. Fraud Protection
We monitor all transactions for unusual activity. Suspicious orders may be requested for further confirmation via email or SMS. This is to protect you — not to harass.
