2. Prices & payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Klarna (invoice/installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for businesses. The amount is reserved upon ordering and will only be charged when the item is dispatched — typically 1-3 working days after the order.
3. Ordering & agreement
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. The final agreement is made when you receive this. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
4. Delivery
We deliver to all of Denmark, the EU, and the rest of the world. Delivery time depends on the destination — typically 1-4 working days in Denmark, 1-5 in the EU, and 1-7 in the rest of the world. See our shipping page for details.
5. Personal & AI-generated products
Personal products (photo posters, AI-generated posters, and customised texts) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, according to the Consumer Contracts Act § 18, subsection 2 no. 4. However, you still have a 24-month warranty for defects and deficiencies.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal on all standard products from the date of receipt. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending an unambiguous statement to info@dreamwall.art.
7. Returns
The return shipping is paid by the customer. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the item. See our shipping page for detailed instructions.
8. Complaints
You have a 24-month warranty for production defects and deficiencies. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dreamwall.art with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund the amount — at no extra cost to you.
9. Limitation of liability
Dreamwall is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of earnings, lost profits, or other indirect damages that may arise in connection with the use of our products or services.
10. Force majeure
Dreamwall is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond our control — including war, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, pandemics, IT outages, or shipping disruptions.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR and Danish data protection legislation. Read our privacy policy for details on what we collect and how.
12. Complaint options
If you are not satisfied with our handling of a complaint, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaint portal: ec.europa.eu/odr
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
Danish law applies. Any disputes shall be settled by the court in the jurisdiction where Dreamwall is based, i.e., the court in Aarhus.
