1. Why Dreamwall?
We are not a corporation. We are not a startup adventure looking for an exit. We are a family-run Danish company building a fantastic webshop, a serious production setup, and a couple of advanced technical tools (Imaginator AI, our custom-developed print flow) that we would love to share with you.
What you get with us:
- Space to have ideas — we create things ourselves, and if you have a better suggestion, we listen
- Short decision-making paths — there are not 5 layers of management between you and the directors
- Physical production to see — we don’t just sit behind screens; the production runs alongside the office
- Real work-life balance — we work weekdays 09-16, not 80 hours a week
- Good lunch — we eat together in the canteen every day
- Pension, health insurance, and paid vacation according to agreement
2. How we work
We believe in four principles in our daily operations:
- Independence: you get responsibility for entire tasks, not just parts of them
- Openness: we talk about challenges — even when they are boring
- Quality over speed: better to do something right than to do something quickly
- Pragmatism: we choose the simple solution that works, rather than the clever one that doesn’t
3. Job vacancies
We currently have no open positions. We post new jobs continuously — typically 2-4 a year. Follow our LinkedIn page or send an unsolicited application (see section 5) if you would like to hear from us first.
Positions we typically look for:
- Print technician — manage our production lines in Hadsten
- Customer service representative — handle emails, phone calls, and chat
- Graphic designer / motif designer — create new motifs for the catalogue
- Marketing & content — social media, email, campaigns
- Warehouse & shipping staff — packing and shipping
4. Internships & student jobs
We are happy to take on interns and part-time students — primarily in:
- Marketing & social media (HHX, BA, KEA, AAU)
- Graphic design (TEC, KADK, Danish Design School)
- E-commerce (CBS, AAU, SDU)
- Development & data (KU, AU, DTU)
Send an email with your CV, cover letter, and study programme/internship requirements to info@dreamwall.art with the subject "Internship / student job".
5. Unsolicited application
You don’t have to wait for us to post a position. If you feel you would be a good fit for Dreamwall — send an unsolicited application. We read them all and will get back to you if we see a potential match now or within 6 months.
Include:
- A short cover letter (½ page is sufficient)
- CV (PDF, max 2 pages)
- Any references or portfolio links
- What type of position you envision
Send to info@dreamwall.art with the subject "Unsolicited application — [your name]".
